Donation Policy

Donation Policy

At Guided Path Terminal Cancer Support, Inc., we are deeply grateful for every contribution we receive. Your donations make it possible for us to provide compassionate care, emotional support, and essential resources to individuals and families facing terminal cancer across East Tennessee. This policy outlines how donations are accepted, used, and managed.

1. Use of Donations

All donations are used to support the mission and programs of Guided Path, which include:

  • Providing care packages for patients, caregivers, and children

  • Offering peer-to-peer emotional support

  • Delivering patient navigation services

  • Educating communities and healthcare providers across 24 counties

  • Assisting with basic needs like transportation, groceries, and medical co-pays

Unless otherwise specified by the donor, all contributions are considered unrestricted and will be directed where the need is greatest.

2. Tax-Deductible Contributions

Guided Path Terminal Cancer Support is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors will receive a written acknowledgment or receipt for each donation.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation is made in error or if you believe there has been an unauthorized transaction, please contact us within 15 days at:
